Josh squashes some of that misinformation and sets the record straight with the intent for homeowners and customers of HVAC to be better informed and less fearful with these new products. With the introduction of A2L refrigerants to the North American market, this information leads to fear-mongering and finger-pointing by many revolving around the heating and air conditioning industry.
